【国勢調査(こくせいちょうさ)】

家（いえ）にこのような青（あお）い手紙（てがみ）がとどきましたか？
国勢調査(こくせいちょうさ)は日本(にほん)のことを調(しら)べる、大切(たいせつ)なものです。
日本(にほん)に住(す)んでいる外国人(がいこくじん)も答(こた)えなければいけません。
10月7日(10がつなのか)までに答（こた）えてください。
オンライン（ONLINE)でいろいろな言葉（ことば）で、答（こた）えることができます。

●English（英語）
The Japanese government will be conducting a Census on October 1, 2020.
The Census is the most important statistical survey and is held once every five years.
The results of the Census will be used for measures such as city planning to make life easier for foreign residents.
The Census covers everyone that has lived or plans to live in Japan for more than three months, regardless of nationality. Everyone that is covered is legally obliged to respond, so please be sure to do so.
Your responses will only be used to create statistics and will not be used in any way for immigration control, police investigations, or other such purposes.

국세 조사의 대상자는 국적에 관계없이 일본에 3개월 이상 거주하고 있는 사람, 또는 3개월 이상 거주할 예정이 있는 사람입니다. 대상자에게는 응답 의무가 있으므로 반드시 응답해 주십시오.
응답해 주신 내용은 통계 작성에만 사용되며 출입국 관리나 경찰의 수사 등 다른 목적으로는 절대 사용되지 않습니다.

Chính phủ Nhật Bản sẽ tiến hành điều tra dân số tại thời điểm ngày 1 tháng 10 năm 2020.
Điều tra dân số là cuộc điều tra thống kê quan trọng bậc nhất, được tiến hành 5 năm 1 lần.
Kết quả điều tra dân số được sử dụng vào việc lập chính sách phát triển cộng đồng giúp người nước ngoài dễ sống hơn, v.v.
Đối tượng của điều tra dân số là những người đã hoặc sẽ sống ở Nhật Bản từ 3 tháng trở lên không phân biệt quốc tịch. Người thuộc đối tượng điều tra dân số có nghĩa vụ phải trả lời điều tra dân số do đó nhất thiết phải trả lời.
Nội dung trả lời sẽ chỉ được sử dụng để lập thống kê và không sử dụng cho các mục đích khác như quản lý xuất nhập cảnh hoặc điều tra của cảnh sát, v.v.

Pemerintah Jepang akan mengadakan sensus penduduk pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2020.
Sensus penduduk merupakan survei statistik yang paling penting dalam 5 tahun sekali.
Hasil sensus penduduk akan digunakan dalam pembuatan kebijakan seperti menciptakan lingkungan tempat tinggal yang mudah ditempati oleh orang asing, dll.
Sasaran sensus penduduk adalah orang yang tinggal di Jepang selama 3 bulan atau lebih terlepas dari kewarganegaraannya atau orang yang akan tinggal 3 bulan atau lebih di Jepang. Orang yang menjadi sasaran tersebut memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan jawaban, jadi pastikan untuk menjawabnya.
Isi jawaban hanya akan digunakan untuk membuat data statistik dan tidak akan digunakan untuk tujuan lainnya seperti kontrol imigrasi, investigasi polisi, dll.
